Account Creation, Eligibility & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 740le will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Attempting to register multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent account restrictions is a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all such accounts without prior notice.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 740le platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

Payment, Transaction & Currency Information
All transactions on the 740le platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required, and no additional charges apply to deposits or withdrawals made via supported local Malaysian payment methods.
Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and online bank transfers to local Malaysian bank accounts. Deposits are typically credited within a short timeframe, depending on the payment method selected. 740le is not responsible for any delays caused by payment service providers.
To make a withdrawal, users are required to use the same or equivalent payment method as their original deposit. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification processes as required for compliance purposes. Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals, and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

- Deposits processed through unauthorised methods will be reversed or held pending investigation
- Withdrawals may be processed once the wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been fully met.

Account Suspension & Closure

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any balance associated with fraudulent activity. All content, logos, designs, software, and materials found on the 740le platform are the intellectual property of 740le or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content without written permission from 740le.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
